A construction practice for the next piece of the city.

Prime Edge Corp builds IT tech parks, commercial buildings, and office space — and the residential communities and plotted layouts that grow around them. Hyderabad is home. The work is the same wherever the plot is: survey, coordinate, build, hand over.

We are not a general contractor who also “does interiors.” We are a construction company that takes land, a brief, and a programme, and returns a building that can be occupied.
