A Hyderabad construction company with three kinds of work — and one way of doing it.

Prime Edge Corp was founded in 2008 as Hyderabad’s technology geography was still being drawn. The first jobs were commercial — office buildings and the early IT campuses that needed floor plates, power, and a plaza that would not fall apart in May.

Residential work followed because the same clients asked where their people would live. Apartment communities and villa streets are now a full practice: courtyards, shade, water, and rooms with proportion.

Layouts came last and are treated with the same seriousness. A plotted development is the first architecture of a neighbourhood — roads, parks, drainage, and a plan you can still read in twenty years. We do not sell flags in a field.
